I wish there was an option to select pre-fitted brass sleeve or not

I wish there was an option to select brass fittings either pre-fitted or as separate components. Removing and reinstalling the brass sleeve was the most difficult part when replacing the compression valve

I bought this hose, along with the survival kit and probes for my BES 920.

Although I am a complete novice, watching the video on steam boiler repairs meant I could tackle repairing mine because of a steam boiler failure.

I bought it in a non working condition.

It is now back together, working well, however I am leaving the covers off while I use it to make sure I have no leaks.

There were also leaks from the steam wand control.
Needed new seals.
