Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post or a courier service.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location but are typically 2–7 business days.
- Standard and express options are available at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing or local postal services.
- Tracking is provided for most international orders, though availability may vary by country.
Import Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees once the parcel reaches your country.
- These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
- They are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient.
- We cannot predict or control these costs.
Important Update for United States Customers
From 29 August 2025, the United States government is removing the USD $800 duty-free threshold. This means:
- All shipments to the U.S., regardless of value, may now be assessed for duties, tariffs, or import taxes.
- These charges will be collected by U.S. Customs and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
- Customers in the U.S. should be aware that additional costs may apply to their orders from this date.
European Union & Other Countries
Many European countries impose high import duties and VAT on goods purchased from outside the EU.
- Charges may be significant even for lower-value items.
- Customs policies vary widely between countries, so please check with your local customs office for guidance before ordering.
Refused Shipments
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, it may be returned to us or abandoned by customs.
- In such cases, we may deduct return shipping fees and/or any associated costs from your refund.
- Shipping costs originally paid are non-refundable.
