Processing times, international duties, and the practical shipping rules customers should know before ordering.

 

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within the same business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post or a courier service.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location but are typically 2–7 business days.
  • Standard and express options are available at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing or local postal services.
  • Tracking is provided for all international orders.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

Estimated delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination, shipping service selected, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days after the expected delivery date shown by Australia Post, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Where tracking shows the parcel is still actively moving, we may ask you to allow additional time for delivery. Where tracking has stalled, the parcel appears to be lost, or Australia Post confirms a delivery issue, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or continued investigation.

Delivery delays caused by customs processing, local postal services, weather events, peak periods, public holidays, or other carrier disruptions are outside our direct control, but we will always do our best to assist.


Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees once the parcel reaches your country.

  • These charges are always excluded from our prices and shipping rates.
  • They are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient.
  • We cannot predict or control these costs.

European Union & Other Countries

Many European countries impose high import duties and VAT on goods purchased from outside the EU.

  • Charges may be significant even for lower-value items.
  • Customs policies vary widely between countries, so please check with your local customs office for guidance before ordering.

Refused Shipments

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, it may be returned to us or abandoned by customs.

  • In such cases, we may deduct return shipping fees and/or any associated costs from your refund.
  • Shipping costs originally paid are non-refundable.
