However, we receive a large number of support requests — including from people who have bought parts elsewhere — and we simply can’t offer detailed troubleshooting for free. To prioritise time for genuine customers, we now offer paid email support options.

⚠️ Please note: Some issues may only become apparent after repairs begin. For example, fixing a pump might later reveal a heating fault. We'll do our best to guide you, but not all faults can be identified up front.
