We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@brevtech.store.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a genuine fault with the item can be proven.
For proven faulty items, return postage costs will be refunded.
For mistaken orders or change-of-mind returns, the item price will be refunded but original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Returns are processed by mail with no restocking fee.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
EU returns and cancellations
For eligible orders delivered to customers in the European Union, we accept returns within 14 days. The 14-day return window starts from delivery of the last item in the order.
If the end of the EU return window falls on a weekend or public holiday, the return window is extended to the next business day.
EU customers may cancel an order until it has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still request a return under this policy if the order is eligible.
