30日間の返品ポリシーがあります。つまり、商品を受け取った後30日以内に返品をリクエストできます。

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

損傷と問題
商品を受け取った際に注文内容を確認し、商品に欠陥がある、損傷している、または間違った商品が届いた場合は、すぐにご連絡ください。問題を評価して解決します。

例外/返品不可の商品
生鮮食品（食品、花、植物など）、カスタム商品（特別注文やパーソナライズされた商品など）、およびパーソナルケア商品（美容製品など）など、特定の種類の商品は返品できません。また、危険物、可燃性液体、またはガスの返品も受け付けません。特定の商品についてご質問やご心配がある場合は、お問い合わせください。

残念ながら、セール商品やギフトカードの返品は受け付けられません。

交換
希望の商品を確実に手に入れる最も早い方法は、手持ちの商品を返品し、返品が承認されたら、新しい商品を別途購入することです。

EU14日間のクーリングオフ期間
上記にかかわらず、商品が欧州連合に発送される場合、理由の如何を問わず、14日以内に注文をキャンセルまたは返品する権利があります。 As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

返金
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@brevtech.com.au.
