Suggerimenti dal Tecnico:

"Per tirare avanti in attesa della spedizione, è possibile aumentare la potenza di pre-infusione (non disponibile sul BES990), il che spesso aiuta a far muovere la pompa. Vedi il blog per i dettagli. ⚠️ Alcune pompe si rifiutano semplicemente di auto-adescare - specialmente dopo essere state aperte o essere rimaste asciutte per settimane, quindi assicurati di riempire la camera interna della pompa con acqua prima di reinstallarla.

Se la tua pompa ha più di 5 anni, ti suggerirei di sostituirla piuttosto che ripararla, poiché altri componenti della pompa potrebbero essere usurati - come il funghetto della valvola di non ritorno (vedi foto)"

The repair kit is ease to install

Although a bit challenge to take out the coffe pump, the repair kit is ease to install.

However, I did not end up using it as I took your advice on the product page and replaced the whole coffee pump as mine was over 5 years old and other components of the pump may be worn.

Did not fix the issue.

The one thing I need from the kit was the EPDM O ring and it seemed a bit smaller thickness than the original O ring, so I was not surprised when it did not work properly. not getting any better pre infusion or express pressure.

Sorry to hear this. Please get in touch as there are some variations in sizes according to the age of the pump. Yours may not be compatible.
