Whether it's a faulty pump, a buzzing solenoid, or a leaky seal, this kit allows you to carry out an essential service and/or repair of all the common faults these machines suffer from.


Compatible with all Breville and Sage Dual Boilers (240v and 120v). 

Note: This kit is designed to help you fix the most common faults that occur on your machine and get it running again quickly. If you are planning to carry out a general service or preventative maintenance, we also recommend purchasing the steam boiler sensor set  in addition to this kit.

PREMIUM O-RING SERVICE KIT

 

  • 6 x Viton genuine OEM o-rings for high temp (steam circuit) connections
  • 12 x general purpose silicone o-rings for brew circuit connections
  • 5x Large o-rings for thermal and water level probes. ⚠️ We recommend you always replace the probes rather than just the seals, due to the increased risk with descaling.
  • 1x 10g tube of Food Grade Silicone Grease
  • 1x Vacuum Valve o-ring to fix leaking steam
  • 1x spare hose clip

 

STEAM VALVE SERVICE KIT
Full set of seals used for the Breveille Dual Boiler Steam Valve. This will allow you to refurbish your valve and fix most leaking or dripping issues.

Note: The 008 o-ring is made from HNBR which is designed for high friction applications such as this. This is what Breville use. Do not use cheaper silicon orings for this part of the valve as they will not last! 



SOLENOID SERVICE KIT
Replacement (Brand new Genuine OLAB and Breville made) solenoid piston plus seals for Breville Dual boilers with OLAB branded coffee solenoids.
This will resolve buzzing / most dispensing issues.




TRIAC REPAIR KIT

2x Replacement Triacs plus 1x Opto Isolator to repair 99% of Traic Board faults on the Breville Dual Boiler.

If your machine is has developed a heating problem caused by leaking orings, then this kit will save you money on a new board.
This kit includes a triac for the steam or coffee circuit and the group head circuit

PUMP SERVICE KIT
Fixes weak pressure or loss of pre-infusion on the Coffee Pump (EP5 / EFP5 & Post 2021 EFM) and Steam Pumps (NMEHP)

STEAM + COFFEE/GROUP BOILER THERMAL FUSES
Should the worst happen, then this will get you back on track. You'll get both types of fuses to cover any of the thermal fuses in the machine. There is also a steam boiler thermal switch as you'll likely need this if your machine has the 3 beeps of death. And finally, some locking connectors (important as non locking ones often fall off) and some spare insulation tubing incase yours is too short.

REPLACEMENT LID LATCH
Over time the top access panel latch can wear out or break off. We have you covered too with an easy to fit replacement.


2 X HOT WATER TAP SEALS
Two EPDM o-rings to repair leaking water spouts on the Breville Dual Boilers.
