Refurbishing an older or second-hand machine?
I recommend this survival kit plus compatible spare hoses and a Steam Probe Set as an ideal starting package. Hoses and probes are sold separately. The probes suit older-style, pre-2023 boilers; check hose fitment before ordering. Before-you-order checklist.

Premium O-ring Service Kit
Watch: checking for leaking O-rings
- 6 x Viton O-rings for high-temperature steam circuit connections
- 12 x general-purpose silicone O-rings for brew circuit connections
- 5 x large O-rings for thermal and water level probes
- 1 x 10 g tube of food-grade silicone grease
- 1 x vacuum valve O-ring

Steam Valve Service Kit
Read and watch: Dual Boiler steam valve seal replacement
Full seal set for the Dual Boiler steam valve to fix most leaking or dripping issues.
Important: the 008 O-ring is HNBR for high-friction use. Do not substitute cheap silicone O-rings in this position.
Solenoid Service Kit
Read: OLAB solenoid service kit installation
Replacement solenoid piston plus seals for Dual Boilers with OLAB-branded coffee solenoids. Useful for buzzing and dispensing issues.
Triac Repair Kit
Watch: Dual Boiler triac board diagnosis and repair
- 2 x replacement triacs
- 1 x opto isolator
This covers the vast majority of triac board faults on the Dual Boiler and is especially useful when heating faults were caused by leaking O-rings.
Pump Service Kit
Watch: coffee and steam pump servicing
For weak pressure or loss of pre-infusion on coffee pumps (EP5 / EFP5 / post-2021 EFM) and steam pumps (NMEHP).
Thermal Fuse and Boiler Protection Parts
Watch: steam boiler diagnosis and repair
Includes both fuse types, a steam boiler thermal switch, locking connectors, and spare insulation tubing so you are covered if the machine has suffered a more serious heating failure.
‼️ Important - if you replace the thermal fuse, make sure you also fix the underlying fault that caused your fuse to blow. This will be either faulty Probes (descale failed) or shorted triac board (overheated)

Important Before You Buy
If you are planning a descale or a preventative service, I strongly recommend adding the Steam Probe Set. Re-using old probes is one of the most common reasons these machines fail after descaling.
If you are not sure whether this full kit is the right purchase, message before ordering and I can usually point you toward the correct repair path.
Before-you-order checklist
Unplug and cool the machine before opening it. Internal inspection and electrical diagnosis require a competent repairer.
- Side inlet and hoses: check for scale, corrosion or damaged tubing. A seized fitting may require cutting the hose; have a compatible spare ready. Side-inlet guide. Match hose length, connections and routing. The 20cm hose is unsuitable if the original brass compression fittings must be removed and reused.
- Steam probes: check boiler version and replacement history. The kit includes probe O-rings, not probes. Probe installation.
- Compression fittings: order separate compression seals if loosening these connections; the included O-rings do not replace them. Fitting guide.
- Group head and clips: inspect for a split inner diffuser or damaged/missing hose clips. A group seal and one spare clip are already included.
- Other faults: record heating, pressure, flow or steam-wand errors. The kit does not replace a failed boiler element, complete pump or every valve. Confirm fault, model and voltage before buying extras; ask us in chat for help.

Service kit had everything required for the Breville Dual Boiler machine. Everything was neatly packed and well labelled
Videos were perfect! I admit I was a little skeptical that this would solve my problem, but it did! Pre-infusion is back and I don't have the issue where it randomly stops pulling shots after being on for a while now that I have serviced the pump. I was able to fix the buzzing solenoid too and now understand why it was doing that. And I still have parts for other problems that might arise.
Kit arrived promptly. I was able to service O rings, pump and solenoid myself.

Amazing little kit with everything you need to fix the "3 beeps of death". It would be great if some more "spare bits" were thrown in though, eg: couple extra probe clips, extra thermal grease

I am from Europe where Breville is called sage.
These machines are great, but notorious for needing periodic maintenance of simple but important parts like o-rings, ball-valve disks and more. You can pay a fortune to have your machine repaired or do these simple tasks yourself. Unfortunately it is near impossible to find the right parts from Breville/Sage.
Brevtech delivers the service that Breville should have done themselves. They sell the right parts for a reaasonable price and even provide great videos on how to install them.
I ordered this all from Denmark and am a happy customer. It is just crazy that I had to go to Australia to find my parts.
It's "exactly what the doctor ordered!!" Parts were prefect and kit was assembled with great thoughtfulness.
Having all these parts in their little packages makes it possible to revive my machine. The repair videos make it even more likely that it will work once I get the repairs completed! The one major part I need though is the steam valve, and it doesn't seem to be available. I ordered the repair kit, but the valve may be too far gone. Without it, the rest of the parts are rather useless.
Delivery was a couple weeks faster than I expected, it cost $27 extra at the post office.
This repair was WAY overdue, lots of leaks and rust. It was good to finally find all these parts!!

I thought my Breville Oracle was a total loss after it stopped working. Then I found BrevTech and this service kit. I overhauled the Oracle with parts from this kit. It is now working as good as new! The BrevTech service was excellent - they found that some parts from the kit were missing while doing an internal audit and did a followup shipment to get those parts to me without my asking. I was able to fix my dual boiler following the video. All necessary parts were included (steam boiler thermal fuse was blown)
Pretty complete, though I think a few more retainer clips would be welcome and, perhaps, something for hot water valve maintenance/repair.
