Breville BES900/920、BES980、BES990 用蒸気ボイラー修理キット

The fault-specific repair kit for Breville and Sage BES9xx brew boiler heating failures.

If the brew boiler is not heating, the machine will not reach its set brew temperature, or testing has confirmed a blown thermal fuse or faulty thermostat, this kit provides the brew-boiler protection parts and connectors needed for the repair.

This kit is for the brew boiler circuit, not the steam boiler. If the machine still brews normally but has no steam or hot water, see the separate Steam Boiler Repair Kit.

Technician Notes

Confirm the failed component with a multimeter before ordering. If the house safety switch or circuit breaker is tripping, the brew boiler element or another electrical component may have failed; this kit will not repair a failed heating element.

A blown thermal fuse is usually the result of another fault. Check the thermostat, wiring, temperature sensing, and triac/control circuit so the cause of the overheat is corrected before the machine is returned to service.

Use the supplied crimp terminals when fitting the thermal fuse. Do not solder directly to the fuse, because soldering heat can damage it. Apply the supplied thermal compound when installing the thermostat so it makes proper thermal contact with the boiler.
