Made my wife very happy, easy fix. Thank you!
Our 13-year-old daughter did the 维修 all by herself.This part was exactly what we neded to get our espresso machine up and running again.
First off I have only replaced the o-rings on most of the fittings... this indeed fixed the problem of moisture causing shorts and GFCI tripping, which of course is wonderful. Next I have to report that the help files, tutorials and general information on your site is invaluable. Diagnosing my troublesome steam solenoid was fairly straight forward from the info on your site. Due to our geographic location, parts orders can take quite a while, so in anticipation of the arrival of the OLAB Solenoid Valve Service Kit for Breville BES900/920, I removed, cleaned, lubricated and rebuilt the problem solenoid with some video help, and it is now functioning properly. I will of course install the new one upon arrival. Overall the information from the Installation Guides, YouTube Videos, and the Need Extra Help? sections of the BrevTech website have made it possible for a DIY Breville owner to resurrect, maintain and 维修 multiple machines! Also the email, chat and "Virtual Technician" were spot on and responsive....
Great product and easy 维修! Quick shipping considering it came from Australia. Would absolutely recommend!
the puck screen works well, i needed to adjust less grams of coffee to allow thickness of puck, once adjustment were made within the breville automatic tamper the coffee flows more consistently.
The replacement kit worked like a charm, easy to install and arrived in the USA to my house from Australia less then two week from the day I ordered it.
My Oracle Touch BES990 had multiple problems, including internal leaks from the top of the steam boiler (probably started within 3 months from purchase of a new unit). The OEM electrodes themselves had leaks between the electrode conductor and the ceramic collar. The kit fixed all of that, including restoring the correct resistance values when the steam boiler was drained. I was subsequently able to descale the machine (using Breville descaler powder) with no issues.
Steam leaks are now completely fixed.
thank you for posting how to do this sensor change on YouTube you made it easy to do an easy to understand. Your new sensor is working fantastic. I probably showed an additional one, but I’m hoping this one will last quite a while.
Took 10 days for the kit to arrive in the UK (great!) It took me 3 hrs to fit the thermistor. The delay was because the 2 upward facing screws at the front of the unit are in a narrow channel and my "bit" driver was too fat to fit. It took me an hour to find a thin "bit" extender that would fit (doh!). So first tip, you need a standard medium crosshead screwdriver for these upward screws...this will also undo every other screw except the two at the top back...which are "star" or "torx" bits, so you will also need a set of those. On threading wire up the wand, if you get a torch and look up the wand you will see a small hole - put the wire through this and the first part is easy. Once you have pushed the wire through the first silver sleeve, this sleeve joins to a second metal sleeve at the top, and you need to thread the wire so that it doesnt just go into the second sleeve, but comes out at the gap between the two. So, pull the two sleeves apart and then use a thin implement to bend the wire through the gap between the lower and upper sleeve. After that its easy!
A+++
I loved this product, good quality, very easy to change. thank you!
All right
I got a bunch of kits to 维修 my 6 year old dual boiler, they worked great! The gaskets worked well, but the primary fix was the valve replacement for the boiler selenoid. No more buzzing at start up and when pulling a shot! I highly recommend.
Fast Shipping to Canada. Shipped right away! Had the Error 05 on my Breville where I was unable to make coffee. Took me 5 minutes to swap the milk sensor and now works perfectly. Thank you BrevTech!
All OK
