Cancellation policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our returns process.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page or email with your order number.

Please note:

• Orders that have already been packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
• Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items (if applicable) may not be eligible for cancellation.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
