Most aftermarket seals sold online use a dense, pure white silicone that can be too tight for Breville machines — causing poor fit or difficulty inserting the group head.

At last I have found, on you, an organisation that has researched their product set and are prepared to stand behind it.
Ordered just before Christmas shut down, I still received them promptly. I found the BrevTech via their YouTube channel as was having difficulty finding someone local to service my machine easily after the warranty expired and looked it up to do myself. After watching their help video, I was able to order a service kit and water probes as well as extra seal's. Their help video allowed me to identify the water probes were malfunctioning in the second boiler and I also replaced some key seals for good measure. I seamlessly serviced and fixed my Breville Oracle Touch, which now makes a sensational cup of coffee, possibly better than before. I'm actually quite grateful for brevTech as I nearly replaced a machine that retailed $3500. In an age of a 'throw out' society, it feels good not to discard a machine I thought was finished. I will use Brevtech for all future purchases and feel confident to attempt future repairs or at least reach out for help if I can't. Thank you BrevTech!
