Replacement temperature sensor to repair the Breville Touch with the ER05 - ER08 errors.
This is an updated version that comes with a pre-fitted custom-made aluminium enclosure that requires no drilling or glueing.

Due to tolerance differences and placement/type of jug, the final temperature of milk may vary +- 5-10% so simply adjust the value on the machine to suit.

Anonymous Unfortunately, I plugged in the piece prior to placing it through the mounting. When I tried to extract it, both wires broke, so I am back to square one with this repair and it took 15 days to get the product, so I'll find it elsewhere.
