Bought the survival kit as i had a water supply problem and hadn't got further with diagnosing it before ordering. I figured I'd get the kit and service the lot.
Turned out my pump was shot. I used the parts from the kit and still very weak so I ended up buying a new motor locally anyway.
While I was ordering from Brevtech their site suggested changing the steam probes at the same time, so I did that too, and assorted other 'o' rings from their kit, including the solenoid repair kit.
Very comprehensive kit containing all the parts you'd likely ever need, and may take ages to source otherwise. I now have spares in stock for, say, board repair if that is needed in future.
By the way, my delivery got caught by customs entering Canada so I had to pay duty on it too. So although it ended up expensive, it was still half the price of a repair at an appliance repairer, and probably quicker too.
The kit is great. The thermal fuse kit was missing and they immediately sent that. Now I can finish restoring this unit.
I bought this along with my solenoid repair kit ages ago and today... Damn machine did the horrible buzzing thing this time hot water. Thankfully i had this kit sitting there and 30 minutes later back up and running and about a month and $500 better off than sending it for repair..!!! Thanks Brevtech
I needed the Thermal Fuse and Temperature switch for my Oracle Touch. Also figured I would replace the O Rings while in there so needed those also. As my Oracle ages, I have had to dig into it a few times so just bought this kit for future Problems. I won't rate the fun I had changing this part out, but after 6 hours my machine was working properly again. As a side note, the videos online from BrevTech have helped me a lot so supporting these guys buy buying parts from them is the least I could do.

I didn't know it, but my BES980XL had been leaking steam for a long time, eventually leading to frequent error codes from internal water accumulation. With this kit, I replaced the O-rings and boiler probes. The leaks and errors stopped. Back in business! A little while later, the dreaded buzzing solenoid showed up. The solenoid repair kit again worked beautifully! (It was harder to open the old solenoid body than I expected, but I got it done). And great that I already had it on hand. The illustrated guides and videos are also super helpful. I would have had to replace this machine a long time ago without this repair kit and accompanying guides.

What an awesome kit..! Waaaay cheaper than any repair and gives you lots of parts for common issues. I just did the solenoid repair which paid for the kit about 20 times :-)
Went through my machine and replaced several components included in this kit. Machine is working great again. Saved me from having to purchase a new machine.

using this kit, I was able to replace all o-rings on both the coffee and steam broiler, clean the probes, replace parts within the the water pump and the solenoid. The knowlege I gained from watching BrevTech's YouTube Channel along with the savings from parts is invaluable. Very pleased with this kit!

My Oracle decided it didn't want to heat to temperature anymore, my warranty was out and I didn't fancy spending a lot of money sending it away to get fixed. Also finding parts in the UK is rather difficult. Having looked online I came across BrevTech and seen the videos on YouTube. Using these videos to guide me, I decided to open up the machine to inspect to find lots of limescale build up from leaking o-rings.
I bought the Oracle service pack which arrived very quick considering it came from Australia. This is the first time I've attempted a repair in machine that looks this complex but didn't shy away and got to work on my kitchen top. Boiler was removed, to find inside was thick of limescale. After being thoroughly cleaned I rebuilt, changing everything's supplied in the service kit, apart from Triac board parts (I wasn't brave enough to attempt soldering). All build back together then switched back on and everything worked better than before! Back to having decent coffee again!
This repair may seem daunting at first but it's worth the attempt! I only had basic tools and very limited experience but became a success.
